The EM303B series inverter is a high-performance vector control inverter introduced by Sine Electric. This product adopts the internationally leading speed sensorless vector control technology, which not only enables the speed regulation performance of asynchronous motors to rival that of DC motors but also allows standard asynchronous motors to achieve the control performance of torque motors. It fully leverages the rapid response, precise control, and system stability required by motion control systems.
The main improvements of the EM303B over previous Sine Electric products are as follows:
> Speed sensorless SVC current vector control with a current control accuracy of 5% and a speed regulation accuracy of ±7.5 rpm;
> Vectorized VVF control based on vector control methods, delivering steady-state performance equivalent to standard vector control;
> Wide speed regulation range with low-frequency load capacity: SVC/0.5Hz/150% load, VVF/1.0Hz/150% load;
> Automatic motor speed search with smooth, shockless speed tracking;
> 0.1s acceleration and deceleration, automatic current limiting, and automatic voltage stabilization to ensure optimal fault-free motor control;
> Automatic suppression of motor impact loads to ensure continuous fault-free operation;
> Supports both linear acceleration/deceleration and S-curve acceleration/deceleration modes;
> The inverter autonomously enters appropriate overvoltage stall and overcurrent stall regulation states, enabling better control of output current and voltage;
> Utilizes dual-core CPU control, significantly improving performance and stability compared to single-core CPUs.
